Dr. Crystal is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University, School of Dental Medicine and went on to receive training at one of the most prestigious dental residencies in the nation, The Audie L. Murphy VA Hospital Advanced Education in General Dentistry in San Antonio, TX.

Teaching at Home Oral Hygiene
At Dr. Crystal Dental, we make sure all our patients of all ages know the proper way to brush their teeth.
Here are the basic steps we reinforce:
- Position the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle toward the gums.
- Gently move the brush across your teeth in short circular motions.
- Brush the front surfaces, the back surfaces, and the tops of the teeth, making sure to reach the back molars.
- This must be done twice a day for two minutes each time to remove the ever-occurring damaging plaque.
- Floss and rinse once a day.
